D&D 5E (2024) How I would do 6E.

Per PC according to the DMG.
I think you are confusing something here. The item table in the DMG is per party not per player character.

Level 1-4 the party should receive: 1 Rare, 3 uncommon, 6 common. Half of the items consumables
Level 5-10 the party should receive: 6 Rare, 17 Uncommon, 10 common (again half consumables)

We did that lvl 10. Wishlist vetoing stupid stuff.

I dont count extra items from artificers and reknown rewards.

Otherwise doing close to that. If its an item tgey cant use effectively I wont count it or treat it next rarity down.

I'll sell basic items as well. Uncommon +1s or equivalent. I dont use wishlists.

Valor bards dice is probably turning a miss into a hit so its indirectly dealing damage probably 1d8+3 minimum. Its not granted but if theres a great weapon user looking even worse for dance bard.

Valor bards dice can also buff AC do its still better tjan dance bard.

Its a blow out lvl 5 onwards and very debatable lvl 3.

Dance bard scales poorly and you've done a very contrived scenario. Mostly likely Valor bards AC is higher at all levels and doesn't have 3 dump stats.

Unless your DMs so stingy you cant afford basic medium armor or ties you up naked or strips equipment off you constantly.
