Blue Dragons: Sand or Sea

Forest. Green dragons live in the forest. BLACK dragons live in the swamp.

Argh, you're right. The last time I used a Green Dragon I think it was in a forest but I forgot the black (and kind of undercut my point).

I think I personally like blue dragons closer to the sea, myself.

of all the chromatic dragons none of them are dragons who live by the sea. Put the blues there to battle the bronze

I hate color coded dragons, the last time i used blue dragons they were wingless temple guardians on a small subarctic island that spit out explosive napalm lugies.

I think I prefer the more ocean-y blues. The "brown" sand dragon was IMO more fitting and cooler.

sky dragons were indeed blue, and had magic immunity.. damn.. I feel old.. Master of Magic was a really great DOS game..

I picked 'something else'. I kind of like Dragons being de-coupled from a single environment- a Dragon nests where ever it damn well pleases.

Except for the White Dragon, which should remain a degenerate cold-weather inbred albino. Possibly White Dragons should gain a bonus to playing the banjo.

If Blue Dragons live on the beach, there should be a 1 in 3 chance that any dragon encountered is named Body, and when Bloodied the Dragon unleashes its breath weapon with a shattering cry of 'not cool, brah!'

If someone wants sea dragons or sky dragons, then add sea dragons or sky dragons. But that really is no reason to take away the blue desert dragon that people have been using for 30 years.
