This sounds really cool; I may have to pick up a copy of Bluffside for my group. I checked RPGNow, but didn't see it anywhere; perhaps it is a print product.

Yup, I can strongly recommend Bluffside as as complete usable fantsy city. They've done all the hard work so that it'll slot easily into typical fantasy campaigns. Even if you don't use the book wholesale, you can rip off ideas for places and people!

it's a complete plug n' play city for all adventuring needs. it brings back the memories of the old City of Greyhawk when i thumb through it. So much to do, so many places to go, so much trouble the pc's can cause. It's a worthy asset to any DM who needs a big metropolis to plug into a city and have tons of resources at this fingertips...

One of the great things about writing Bluffside was that we decided, early on, to give the GM enough information to really run the city. We know that most GMs have their own world and ways of doing things, so we gave a little background information to work from if needed. In my version of Bluffside, the sorcerors are not hunted by the wizards. They are two different factions in the same city. Of course, there is no where in the city that openly reples the wizards like the tower, so there is a penchant for there to be more wizards in the city than sorcerors.

Of course, your Bluffside can easily be different. Make it yours.

Bluffside is a great RPG city book. Of the city books I've seen for d20/3e, Bluffside and Hollowfaust are my favorites.
