[Boardgames] Next Purchase?

I would like to put in a vote for Apples To Apples, and Ticket to Ride. Both very fun games. There is another game not mentioned here yet, its kind of hard to get around here but its super fun, Pirates Cove is the name of it. I am not sure what company or anything because we dont own it, but we have played it and it is really fun.

I'll second any Looney Labs games (I playtested the original Chrononauts!), and add Set. It's a matching card game--the point is to get more sets of three than other players.

I just wanted to give you a quick update - I picked up Apples to Apples and dug Chrononauts (never played) out of storage. I'm on vacation with my extended family this week, and we'll be trying them out.

Thanks for the help, everyone!
Ian

We are total Apples to Apples fanatics here.

We also use it as a drinking game.

Lately we've been playing Star Wars Monopoly with the kids, they love it, it is kind of tedious for Denise and I, but hey, it makes them happy, and is good for math skills.

The next purchase though...

RISK - Godstorm.

Footnotes:

Loved Once Upon A Time, but we often play with the kids, and they aren't as quick or smooth of storytellers as the 'grups in our house, who have generally been game mastering for half their lives or longer. :)

And we FINALLY bought SET a month ago when we were in Cape Cod, we've been looking for it for a while since a friend dropped by on his way through town with it, played a few hands, and then hit the road again.
