In the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the improbability drive is activated and a vase of petunias is created. Now, the humpback whale which appears beside it goes into a long tirade about its new found existance, however, the petunias merely think "Not again" [or close to that] before falling to the ground below.

It is later revealed where these petunias came from and why they thought "Not again" [or close] when this occured. I havn't read the later books in the Trilogy (five book trillogy I believe) in a long time, so I can't remember exactly when this takes place.

I reccomend the books to all.

ONe of my favorite stations was replaced with one of those things .. and I can't figure it out. THe big catch is the station doesn't have an identity and play everything??? I don't know too many people who listen to "everything" .

Don't worry, it isn't supposed to make too much sense. It is British "humour" after all.

I think a lot of people will say they listen to everything, but what they really mean is that they like a lot of genres (and if music has anything its a lot of genres). People hear that and misunderstand, and that's probably where these stations come from. If someone asks me what kind of music I like, I usually answer "everything," but that doesn't mean that I like everything, just that there's a sampling of almost (almost!) every genre that I have found that I like.

I'm easy to please, though... so I could probably listen to something like this. I'm odd like that. I would imagine that most people would hate it.
