Bone Golems for 3.x

Hey, quick question for the masses: what sources are available for the bone golem monster concept for D&D/d20? I found some homebrews on the net via google, and NWN implements a bone golem monster type, but I haven't yet found any print references yet. Anyone know of published sources?

I'm pretty sure it's in the Ravenloft monster book - Denizens of Darkness.

Confirmed: the bone golem is in Ravenloft's Denizens of Darkness book, under "Golems, Dread."

Be aware however that there are two breeds of bone golem. One is the aforementioned ravenloft version. The other is the Basic D&D or Mystaran version. I have a conversion of the mystaran version out there somewhere.

Both are scary in their own ways. The mystaran version is scary in that it can have multiple arms and get the multiattack feat.

And I believe that there is a Scarred Lands version as well, but don't remember which book. (I think it was Hollowfaust, but wouldn't bet the farm.

Creature Collection 1/Revised. It is a comparably weak golem, with only 1 HD.

Theres also Mongoose's "EA Constructs" pretty decent and highly customizable.
