Is there a feat or anything that would allow a mystic (flavored soul variant from Dragon Lance) to pick up an additional domain? With the limited spells known, picking up another domain gives an extra spell known per level.

The Divine Disciple prestige class in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (and reprinted in the Player's Guide to Faerun) grants a bonus domain from your patron god's portfolio at level 4.

The class gains 5/5 caster progression and specializes in dealing with the servants/enemies of his patron god, and becomes a native outsider at level 5.

There are a bunch of PrC's in CD that let you do that. Also, there's an Epic feat.

Mystics don't actually revere any god, so I guess that would quash the Divine Disciple. They are to Clerics what Sorcerors are to wizards. Limited spells known (follows sorceror progression actually), there is no limit on what spells they can take, and their domain spell is added to their spells known list. Their powers come from their faith in an ideal, or themselves.

Actually, there is a Prestige class from Dragon Lance setting that grants an extra domain, it just requires a lot of pre-reqs that don't really fit. Was just wondering if there was a feat chain or something besides a prestige class.

You can take the feat Extra Domain, Wizards has it as an Epic feat, but other sources have it as general.

not off the top of my head, they are third party and I recall seeing it I think in Bastions Spells and MAgic. So, not off the top of my head, but I did swim around in that brainy gunk of mine and locate it with ease.
