Book looked good. Bought it. ... Haven't used it since.

I have extensively used and liked Deities and Demigods, but not for the deity stat block section. When I was designing my homebrew pantheon, I used DDG in conjuntion with Bulfinch's Mythology and Edith Hamilton's Mythology. While only DDG is a D&D book, all three had dramatic input on my game. Deities and Demigods, the first half of it, is actually quite a good book, in my opinion. I've turned to it for adventuring ideas time and again, even after I completed my pantheon work.

Man, too many come to mind. I think I'll list the ones that I haven't used and haven't gotten much real inspiration out of (even if I liked the book).

Arcana Unearthed - Like the feats, absolutely adore the magic system, and the classes are alright, but besides giant I don't really like the races and the armor system is meh. Plus I don't know enough people who are interested in playing it anyway.

Ghostwalk - Interesting concept, nice world, and I really don't mind resurrections, but the main concept just seems a little... odd to me -- I can't quite put my finger on it. Also, can't say I like the fact that you can't have more eidolon/lancer levels than regular levels (though that is easily remedied with house ruling).

Fiend Folio - Just never found anything in there I really needed.

Savage Species - Same, but I must say the Emancipated Spawn is really hot.

Stronghold Builder's Guide - Really neat book, but nothing in it I couldn't live without. I would like playing a char sometime with the Landlord feat, though.

Ravenloft CS - I've never used it and I'll probably never use it.
Deities and Demigods - I knew I probably wouldn't use it, but still...
Path of the Sword - Completely uninspiring. I've retooled some class ideas, but it usually sits on my shelf.
Epic Level Handbook - I got it for Christmas just to round out my collection. Aside from having some really cool monsters that I like to read about occasionally, this book has seen 0 use.

AMEN! This seemed like such a cool idea; BUT, once I got it home and started trying to work it into my homebrew game I was stuck. BTW who ever heard for publishing a campaign setting without an area map and then discussing the map in the text! (I know the map was published online later but still...)

Underdark Adventures Guide by Goodman Games.

I'm not sure that even FFE products were as bad as this one. I still can't understand ow it got positive reviews. Anyway, this is my biggest single regret in terms of products that I have purchased; even D&DG has more utility to me. I don't think words can express how much I hate this product and regret purchasing it.

Arcana Unearthed. Nice idea... but so far removed from "normal" D&D that the only way to use it is in a purely AU campaign. At this stage of my life, I don't think I'm ready for the necessary player re-education campaign that this would require.... ;)

None! I've found at least one useful idea in every book I've bought. Now, lowering the bar a tad to "bought and not gotten more than one or two good ideas out of?"

Epic Level Handbook
Cityworks
Dynasties & Demagogues
Book of the Righteous

Of the above list though, I'm happy to have the latter three because I will be getting use out of them in the future.

Cityworks

I really thought I'd get a lot more use out of this than I did. It just didn't cover as much regarding city-based adventures as I was hoping for. And the Sorcery & Steam preview was a waste of space for me since I bought Cityworks and Sorcery & Steam at the same time.

I've seen use of Deities & Demigods, and the ELH, and my PCs are only level 12. :]

D&Dg got good use when a friend's campaign was declared to use the Norse pantheon.

As to the ELH... well, they're journeying to the south pole to wake a Xixecal, to hopefully avert a thousand years of winter after something impacted the Pacific and has blighted the sky with rain for 60 days.

Buying Regrets

Deities and Demigods - Just didn't sit right with me.
(I obviously have been playing in Mystara too long. Of course I'm eagerly awaiting MGP's Book of Immortals)

Advanced Player's Guide by SSS (just couldn't find anything that I liked enough to add to my game)

Miniatures Handbook - I keep the first 72 pages

Planar Handbook - Just doesn't enough for me and I loved the planes.[Stupid player centred book] (Book of Planes by MGP and Dictionary of Demiplanes by Ronin Arts are more interesting and useful to a DM)

Book of Erotic Fantasy - Had to have it, but knew that I'd never use it.
