Book of All Spells opinions?

Anyone seen this puppy by Fast Forward? I was going to pick it up the other day but the paper was super thin and the cover was already curled on the shelf.

I'm curious to see the Section 15 before I even think about picking it up. With Mongoose's ULTIMATE ARCANE SPELLBOOK covering the same theme, it had better pull from different sources to get many sales, methinks...

It showed up shrinkwrapped at my LGS, so I have no idea about the contents. I might tear the shrink off tomorrow if they'll let me.
