there is a feat in Book of exalted deeds that has (ki strike (holy)) as a prereq. It seems like a monk-type thing. Do they mean (Ki Strike (lawful))?

There has been no official word yet.

I think that there is a mistake in both Sanctify Ki Strike and Holy Ki Strike.
--I think Sanctify is supposed to require Ki strike (Magic) instead of Lawful.
--I think Holy Ki Strike should require Ki Strike (Lawful) instead of Holy.

As it is right now, a monk can't get a Sanctified attack until 5 or more levels after anyone one else, and can't qualify for the exalted Monk prestige class until 10th level (because it requires Sanctify Ki strike, all the other prereqs can be met by 6th level).
