Book of Exalted Deeds: Nemesis Feat and Stalker of Kharash PrC Unbalanced?

*Not sure if this is in the right forum, so my apologies in advance if it is not and sorry for the trouble.

I was just looking at the Book of Exalted Deeds yesterday and noticed an intersesting combination: the Nemesis Feat and the Stalker of Kharash PrC.

While not going into specifics, the Stalker PrC allows you to get Evil as your favored enemy while the Nemesis feat allows you to do extra damage and "sense" your favored enemy.

For those of you that have the book (and I guess those of you that don't )Do you think this is too powerful?

Yup, noticed that too. Hasn't come up in campaign, but I wouldn't allow the use of "evil" as a favored enemy type for the purpose of the Nemesis feat.

This is why I like BoHM better in some respects.
