I playtested it though I haven't received my complimentary copy yet.
Taste in material being subjective between people, I liked it very much. If you liked The Book of Eldritch Might III, you will like Hallowed Might II. It follows a similar format, namely it gives a location setting, and then layers on feats, spells, magic items, and prestige classes associated with that location setting, as well as key NPCs.
It introduces a new pathenon which can be used whole cloth in a campaign or just one of the god could be used.
I enjoyed it but as alway, YMMV.
