I, for one, would never say that other voices are not allowed to be heard.
That being said, BotR is one of the few D20 products that I can say I never regretted purchasing.
My current campaign (finally started, yeah!) is using AU as a base, thus you would think that there is little from BotR that would apply, yet several of the PrCs made my "cut" (we only have allowed 20 PrCs in the whole world and five of them are from BotR). Some of the spells have been converted over. And while the gods themselves do not fit into the current game world, there is one Quickling faen determined to call upon each of them along with their servitors
Just to show that even in a world that would not normally fit the BotR mold that it is still possible to find uses for it.
OTOH, I have read the review and think that while it does not fit my own take on the book, it is intelligently written and well reasoned. I bow to you, CRGreathouse, for being willing to take on what I know was a daunting task.
