Not much of a feat if you already know 5+ languages.
I would put it like this:
Prereq: int 15+, must know 5 or more languages and be able to read them.
Benafit: +1 int, you know how to read and speak all languages. Or just 10 more so maybe DM can throw a curve ball now and then. Except secret languages(like Druidic)
