Am I right in assuming that if you wanted boots that gave Use-activated knock, a kick attack that bullrushed and tripped the opponent and gave a +4 competance bonus to opposed tip checks, it would cost 30,000? or 60,000 Market price?

Ability Spell level Caster level Misc number Cost Total Market price
Knock 2 3 2000 12000 30000
Bonus 3 9 18000 18000
60000

Doesn't giving the boots the effect of a Ring of the Ram seem a bit easier and more feasible if you wanted to use them to kick people back and knock open doors?

Thank you fro reviving this topic.

No, it isn't that powerful, it can kick open doors, and kick over and down people, still need to make checks for the trip....Idea! BRB

Yeah,

Sweeping twice, once for the opposed(Same price if it only opposed not only attacking?) and once for the tripping part(Yeah, the ability to trip is = to +4 to trip, or is it less as you can trip normal?) Knock back tuned down, the stun effect on it is atleast equal to 1 point, the 10 ft can be halved along with the points +2 to +1, all in all +1 + +1 + +1 = +3^2=9*2000=18000+2*3*2000=12000+18000=30,000, or 60,000 for a market price.

Off topic: I rember an old Saturday Night Live skit where a store clerk (played by Rich Hall) took one of those old-style (80's and earlier) mats that triggered automatic doors and used the mat to make soles for his shoes. Where ever he walked, everything would open up (doors, car trunks, boxes, etc.). Sort of an uncontrolled Knock. I've always wanted to include something like that in my campaign, but I never could figure out a way to make it where the characters couldn't easily avoid the negative effects.
