First Post
I am currently hosting a group on Sundays in West Roxbury noon-6pm (Part of Boston right on the Dedham line). The party is 4 players and I am looking to invite a couple more to the table. Ages range from 27-30's, semi mature (there was a bit of potty humor last session, all in good taste tho). Everyone has some rp experience and is dedicated, this is a good group. We just lost 2 players (both clerics) one to tribal duties, and another to conflicting work schedules.
If anyone is interested toss me an e-mail.

Here is a taste of my home-brew world, and what is going on.
I run VERY sexist, VERY racist world vs demi humans, it has been very fun, and despises the negative the party continues to make demis just for it. It is not heavy on the magic, not stopping pcs from spellcasters no negatives either, just a +1 weapon is a semi big deal, and the cleric you are trying to pull one over on does not immediately drop Zone of Truth.
Know world 2 continents (for simplicity of posting c1 & c2)
Many years ago c1's sentient inhabitants all disappeared without a trace leaving behind whatever daily life activities in pause.
All the nations of c2 have avoided c1 from superstations. In the last several years the nations of c2 have taken the leap and the risk of claiming the land and clearing it out. It has an old west land rush feel to it, with complete ruined ghost towns. This is by no means a "kingmaker campaign" as fun as those are to play.
Quick log of the party's adventure-
Started off in the island of Julia. At one time this was the richest city in the world until a tidal wave destroyed it and the flood wall kept it submerged underwater. They assisted lizard men with obtaining the "star stone" from a ruined museum of the city so the lizard men could have breeding rights in their tribe. The part of the island that is still a port has been bombarded by all kinds of natural phenomena such as fire from the sky, and earthquakes within the last two days of the party’s arrival. The party is secretly put on a mission to find the drainage lever to the city and open it, and succeed. This disrupts the Boggards that have taken the flooded city and they declare war on the settlement. Lizard men are brought in to assist. The Boggard chief escapes and unleashes "shadow demons" on the settlement. Some of the party went on a side quest and found a "gear box" after defeating the blue monster killing the lizard men. The party destroys a major temple the settlement was trying to say, which currently housed the portal to the plane of shadow, and where pretty much kicked off the island.
On the long boat ride back to the continent the party was bombarded with more natural phenomena, and gets shipwrecked on c1. The ship is fixable but it will be several days. They meet a traveler from c2 (different nation on c2 tho) he is helpful. During the night a child that was part of the cargo was abducted by NANAEEN. The traveler opens the door to NANAEEN's soul where the party confronts him and saves the children that he has stolen over the years. Now with a boat full of children the party sets sail and makes port in Twin City.
In Twin City the phenomena follow with the ship. The party try’s to deliver the "gear box" to the person it was addressed to and found he is now old and a lunatic, the children call Dewy the Screwy. Dewy is placed in the sanitarium after seeing the box; the guards confiscate the box (and sell it). That night the "ghost of the royal executioner" starts killing in Headless Square. The murders continue for a week, and then the party realizes that Dewy (no longer insane) is masterminding the murders from the sanitarium, and controlling "metal gear work men". They confront his workshop and semi-fail, semi-retreat, let’s call it a draw. They then discover that the "gear box" is actually a brain controlling all the gear work creations. The Steward of the city has purchased it as a piece of art and is housing it in his private vault in the castle. The party's bard is able to work his way into the castle and entertain an "ethnic night" with real elven food. The bard over poisons the meal by 500% with an herbal remedy that will relieve umm... constipation and the entire castle guests are off and sick for the night. The rest of the party sneaks in and (barely) steals the gear box, and a chest of loot. Dewy easily tracks them down killing everyone in the sanatorium on the way out. The party loses the box to Dewy, find the help of the thieves’ guild, make an business arrangement and are able to (again barely) thwart Dewey’s plans, Dewy does escape. The party goes to the Steward gets medals, then immediately deported on a "Mission for the King, to protect the people or whatever". The Mission leads them to a settlement on c1. Currently where we are...
Sorry if that was wordy, figure give anyone interested an idea of what is going on. It is very much more in-depth this is the short-hand.
Current party level 5,5,4,3
any questions?
