Hey folks,
I will be going to Boston within the next few weeks and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on where to go for RPG stuff, book stores, tattoo parlours and coffee shops. Thanks!
Pandemonium Books and Games, found in "The Garage" in Harvard Square, is a darned good store that focuses on sci-fi, fantasy, and rpg materials.
There's a tatoo parlour right next to Pandemonium, but not being an afficonado of such, I can't speak to it's quality. Also in the Garage is a jewelry place that complements the tatoo/piercing place, and a Newbury Comics shop, Hootenany for your edgy raver gear, and a Ben and Jerry's so you can keep your newly pierced tongue numb with ice cream
Likewise, I'm not a coffee drinker, but Peet's Coffe and Tea is also in Harvard Square, as well as any number of other coffeehouse-type places. Being a tea drinker, I go to the Tealuxe, which is also in the Square.
