[sblock=Eskon] It seems I am a little short on gold for the purchase of a camel. Would it be possible to get the 20gp if you do not need them that is.[/sblock]

[sblock=Rhys]I figured when I had all that money left over, I would have returned it to you. I've got a decent amount extra so let me know if you need more.[/sblock]

[sblock=Eskon] I would appreciate that. It appears I will need another 5 gold to purchase a camel with trading my horse. Thank you. [/sblock]

(OOC: I'm not sure which camels anyone else decided upon but I would prefer the faster camels if we can all ride them with light loads. If not, I'd go with the stronger, slower ones, as the party will be going as fast as its slowest member. Besides that, I think we're ready to go)

(OoC: Irene already bought a slower, stronger one (Bactrian).)

(OOC: Then I suppose we all did. That being said, Eskon is ready to go. 2 questions: 1) Can Eskon wear his armor and maintain a light load for his camel? 2) If so, what penalties does he suffer in the desert for heat exhaustion and the like?)

(OOC: The heavier the armour you wear in the desert, the more likely you are to suffer heat exhaustion and take environmental damage from the heat. The camels have a lot of Strength--you may be able to manage with the armour if you have someone else carry your gear--check the load table, or if you don't have time, I can check it later. I have a class soon, so I can't check it now.)

(OoC: A Camel can carry up to 300lb before leaving light load. Chain Mail weights 40lb. Assuming Eskon isn't THAT fat, it shouldn't be an issue ;).)
