Boxed set versus Hardcover - FIGHT!

Boxed set or Hardcover: Your choice?

Hardcovers are fine, but there's nothing in the current market that even comes close to the old boxed sets from TSR.

Doesn't matter - Closest choice for me because of the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Hardcover - less likely to suffer damage, easier to store, easier to carry if you need the entire set of information.

Boxed Set - seem to include better support material like maps and the maps aren't bound into a book or easily lost once detached, components are separate - DM can have a book players another, easier to carry if you don't need the entire set.

Yes, it's still available. That's just a small sample of the material in the box. In the first picture you can see how deep it is. When full it *just* closes flush.
