If the set up is external controllers using a control ride (as opposed to a pilot inside the Golem-armour) then I'd look at it as a skill challenge
HEAD Wis Tactical Coordination - Okay I'm looking for any weaknesses in the Giant to give our UltraGolem advantage
LEGS Dex Combat Manouveres - charge action to close in
ARMS Str Weapons - use a shoulder ram attack (GM rules both arm committed but Left can prep for reaction if needed)
TORSO Con Structural Integrity - okay I support the ram, making sure the left arm gets a reaction

With the formation of UltraGolem, the Giant roars, lifting its huge sword into the air, Headgear the giant is armoured and strong and you fail to identify a weakness - do you guys want to continue the attack?
Leggers (commit to the charge anyway), ok you charge forward but your momentum causes UltraGolem to trip, Right Arm you drop your shoulder to ram but the giant dodges and is about to counter, Left Arm your reaction is ? (to defend against the giants strike), BodyGear (I'm going to aid Left Arm, keeping it from being damaged by the giant (we dont want UltraGolem falling apart))
GM okay the giant strikes down at UltraGolem, but Left Arm is able to parry the blow, reducing damage, however UltraGolem falls prone
