Breath Weapon Feat

Somewhere in a book is a breath weapon feat that allows a creature to breathe more frequently.

Could someone please tell me what book it is in and sum it up?

Are there other Breath Weapon feats?

Draconomicon has a feat that reduces the time between breaths by one round. IIRC it can be taken multiple times.

Sorry, didn't notice the second part of the question.

There are not only breath weapon feats, there are also breath weapon spells, which boost your breath weapon by duplicating metamagic feats or adding additional effects (such dispel magic).
