I just finished reading Above the Earth, a freaking amazing little 24 hour RPG. If you're not familiar with 24 hour RPGs, the concept is essentially the same as 24 hour comics (invented by Scott McCloud): write a complete RPG in 24 straight hours. There are loads of them at http://www.24hourrpg.com/.
Here's the premise: at the start of each session, you get 100 6-sided dice to spend on the stuff you want to do. When you run out, you run out.
There's a bit more to it than that -- the creator, Bryant Durrell, has some other clever ideas worked in there as well -- but that's the concept in a nutshell. I liked it a lot, so I wanted to share it here; hopefully this is the proper forum for it.
You can check out the Above the Earth PDF here: http://www.24hourrpg.com/entries/2004/above-the-earth.pdf. It rocks.
