Build me an Awsome Duo Hand X-Bow Rogue plz

Well, if your DM allow you to ignore the requirement of 2-hands for cocking, it is fine. But I am afraid of that if it is allowed, other players may start to beg for ignoring other kind of "free-hand" requirements, too.

If you (and your DM) want to avoid that kind of trouble, you can play races with 4 or more hands, like Thri-Kreen. That way you don't need to use a house rule.
