I don't think most of that stuff would be useful on the screen at all. Very little of it is used very often in play. If you know your AC, why do you need to look it up? It's on the PCs' character sheets. Weapons details - ditto. If you go shopping for new items (which isn't very common), you can just look it up in the PHB. If you're going down the "kitchen sink" approach, how about costs for professional services, building the components of a stronghold, etc. The list could go on and on, and none of this info would be used very often.

If anything, I'd rather there was slightly less info on the DMG! The less clutter the better, so I can find the stuff that is actually useful during play.
