Just out of curiosity, how hard is it to adapt the Ghostwalk theory of death to a cosmology (I know about Manifest, but what about the rest.)

Someone with the book want to put in a word for it?

IMC, the "alignment" planes are sub-planes of the Elemental Plane. (That's right, there's just one. You can walk from one region to another -- assuming you can walk on the element in question.)

It's easy to put neutral outsiders in the elemental plane and in neutral sub-planes.
