bypassing fatiuge (item)

I know there is an item in the Magic item compendium or the Arms and equipment guide that gets past fatigue. I think its a bracer or something of that sort anyways. I cant seem to find it again, does anyone know the name of the item that I am speaking of? Thanks.

Complete Warrior has a set of armor that does that.

I found it! The item comes straight out of the AAEG.
