Call of Cthulhu- which version should I buy?

I like D20 (although I really dig BRP) and run a D20 Babylon 5 game. It's just that for CoC I'd rather BRP it. Plus I've got an obsessive amount of BRP CoC stuff, I've been collecting since the early 80's.

Hey guys, I am a huge fan of Cthulhu. I have a ton of old books from Chaosium. Recently I had an idea, and I want to bounce it off you guys here.

What if you combined Spycraft 2.0 with the Delta Green setting, using the d20 Cthulhu book for creatures?

A thread just went up about this on the Spycraft forums, don't know if you've been over there or not.
