Eh. I'd let him have it. It's not that powerful, and any epic level party worth its salt will be immune to it, in any case.

Yeah, I've never actually seen archon aura work vs. PCs to any real effect. It mostly screens out followers and summoned creatures.

It went rather well. The barbarian and the fighter failed their Will saves and were unable to act too aggressively towards the enemy, leaving the cleric, rogue and wizard to deal.

Theat device won't work the next time this guy shows up (reoccuring villain), but for this fight it had everyone on the edge of their seats!

There are epic level characters running around that don't have mindblank, freedom of movement, and heroes feast active at all times?

Are they riding the 'short' epic-bus?

Well, the guy IS a quasi-deity and Mord's Disjunction goes a long way towards weakening those defenses...
