Campaign Help

I'm going to be starting a campaign that involves players moving through all sorts of time periods and cultures, and I want to be able to have special rules to accomodate characters (NPCs, and any PCs we pick up in a region) from that area, like equipment, social stuff, class mods, spells, feats, whatever.

I'm basically looking for things like campaign settings, for dif cultures, like OA. If anybody has any links to sites devoted to campaigns for other cultures, or knows any books that could be helpful, please tell. So far, I've got enough material for European Medieval (obviously), Gothic, Arabian, Eastern + South Eastern Asia, and African. I'm particularly interested in central/south america (Maztica?), russia (if possible), Norse, and Greek/Roman.

Well in the Greek Campaign thread there are rules for Bronze Weapons and Armor. Ravenloft is good about technological ratings and such.

Ravenloft is the campaign setting I run. It's a gothic type setting, and all the domains have different cultural levels. So in one domain the adventurers might encounter cave men who have to idea what a sword is, and in the next domain they might walk into a town and stand out because they are in platemail and carry swords when everyone else is regularly dressed and the weapon of choice is a firearm. There are many domains in between that resemble the culture level of what you play in Forgotten Realms.

Yeah, I just recently got the Ravenloft book, and it's got a lot of cool stuff, especially for technology and I'm gonna use it for that, but it doesn't really help me much with the other culture problem.

Check out the 'Red Sails' campaign that was in Dragon a few issues ago for some goof early middle ages Russian stuff. I don't have my mags close by or I'd quote the issue # for you, but I'm sure someone here can tell you. Pretty sure it was within the last six months...
