You may want to scan Wulf's story hour for ooc comments; Dinkeldog ran them through all the modules, and their experiences may be enlightening.

I've played in The Sunless Citadel and am Running the Forge of Fury.

Spoilers for The Sunless Citadel
If you play meepo well he can be a very memorable npc. Our Dm had him keep on asking in a cute little voice "Rescue Dragon Now?".

I've heard so many different parties do different things with the kobolds. Think about what happens if the party A: Attacks, B: Negotiates and Leaves them Alone C: Try to take the dragon for themselves, and D: Wants meepo to come with them past the adventure.

The sheer number of goblins can be a problem if encountered all at once and the party doesn't retreat.

Spoilers for The Forge Of Fury
Watch your party as they go through the The Sunless Citadel and see if they are likely to negotiate with the roper. Otherwise it has a strong chance of being a tpk.

Just because the module has a timeline for the orcs for when the party goes in through the front door, don't expect them to go that way. My party went in through the chimney and I had to improvise the reactions.

The brownbear can easily kill several characters if it gets lucky or they are not cautious. My party of 3 level 4 characters almost died to the brown bear, two of the characters were at negatives when the 3rd killed it.
