Campaign Management Software

Last session, I ran a Pathfinder session completely from my laptop and I found it to be less cumbersome and easier then lugging several books and aids. I'd like to switch some notes to electronic copies, but I want to be keenly organized.

If anyone can recommend campaign management software for the Mac, or existing software that can be used for the same purpose, that would be spectacular. I would appreciate the efforts of those who help.
