Unless you know your group really well, too much information can be very intimidating. I'd stick with one page of chargen/house rules and one page of campaign/world summary. I really like the additional idea of having expanded notes on a website for those who want to go more in-depth. Maybe add an URL for the site at the bottom of each of the two hand-out pages.
