D&D 5E Campaign setting books?

When are any coming out? I'd like to see Ravenloft, Planescape, Eberron and Oriental Adventures possibly too. Is there any word on which settings will be getting books? Planescape is one I've been interested in ever since Torment. That video game from the 90s?

I don't think that they are currently planning any setting books. It is possible that it could change in the future though.

It seems unlikely - "Curse of Strahd" seems as close as we'll get to a Ravenloft book, and I'd expect other settings to be covered in much the same way.

There's a notion that the "Big Book of Rules" that's coming might have the rules required for the various settings, which would be nice. But, of course, that's just something a poster here came up with that sounds cool - there's no actual evidence for it one way or the other.

And the other hope, of course, is that WotC may well open up other settings to the DM's Guild at some point, in which case something might happen there.
