Can a Beguiler cast from scrolls?

Title pretty much states the question I mean from loot or something not on the beguiler list...hmmm...but then again, can (s)he cast scrolls that are on his/her spell list also?

They can cast arcane scrolls of spells on their class list exactly as any other arcane spellcasting class can do.

They cannot cast scrolls of spells that aren't on their class list normally, but Use Magic Device is a class skill for them, so they could take ranks in it and attempt to use the skill to activate other scrolls.
