i would think they can flurry of blows with their feet. In the PHB im pretty sure it talks about monks attacking with their feet so i would allow it. Im not real sure about the stunning fists though

Ah, this old debate. First, I assume you mean unarmed.

A monk can flurry using the Attack Your Opponent option for sure, no one will debate that. A monk can not flurry using the Damage Your Opponent option (i.e. using grapple checks), people will debate this.

A monk can only use stunning fist while using the Attack Your Opponent option, people will debate this, too. You make an attack roll. An opposed grapple check is not an attack roll.

Ok cool, thanks! :D

Also, I dont recall it being specifically laid out, but can you use the attack/damage your opponent if you've got them pinned ?

Looks to me like "no", the rules restict a pinner to damage by grapple checks only.

If You’re Pinning an Opponent
You can attempt to damage your opponent with an opposed grapple check, you can attempt to use your opponent’s weapon against him, or you can attempt to move the grapple (all described above)...

You can’t draw or use a weapon (against the pinned character or any other character), escape another’s grapple, retrieve a spell component, pin another character, or break another’s pin while you are pinning an opponent.

(note: the below is not to be taken too seriously):

It seems like you could still flurry by using the "Use Opponent’s Weapon" option, assuming your opponent was wielding a flurry-able weapon, like a kama. If your opponent is also a monk, you should be able to use his own fists against him, since they are considered weapons (and they are certainly flurry-able).
