Can a Wizard make a Healing Spell?

And finally, the bard may get healing magic, but look at his spells per day, spell list, and spell progression.

I did. Bard have a max number spells per day per spell level equal to a wizard. Bards gain these spells at wizard class level equivalents of 2nd, 4th, 7th, and 10th level, assuming you have a high enough stat to provide bonus spell. That would set the equivalent wizard spell levels to 1st (CLW), 2nd (CMW), 4th (CSW), and 5th (CCW). For ease of progression you could start CLW as 2nd level and go through to 5th (CCW).

Personally I restrict the research of Arcane Healing Spells to specialist Necromancers.

The Midnight setting has no distinction as there is no longer any divine magic except that granted by the dark god. Channellers are a new spellcaster class for Midnight and they can cast almost any spell from any list. They use a spell point system but the spell list is structured a bit differently. There are schools of Greater Evocation and Greater Conjuration. Most of your offensive Evocation spells come from Greater Evocation... you won't be casting Magic Missile until 7th level. I'll probably use the Channeller in other Non-Midnight games from now on... I like how it forces spellcasters to be more creative than just Magic Missile batteries.

Since I haven't read all of the replies, I hope no one beat me to this but there are in fact healing spells for wizards.

Ther is also the spell healing touch (a 3d level necromancy spell from magic of Faerun) wich clearly states that the wizard can transfer hitpoints to someone else thereby healing the latter.

The difference between such spells and the ordinary healing spells from a divine spellcaster is the fact that the wizard technically doesn't channel positive energy, and that fact simply prohibits the wizard or sorcerer from healing except by making a sacrifice (see Healing Touch with hitpoints and Symbul's synost... with spells.)

I would allow this kind of healing to my players, but never ever would I allow them to cast a Cure Light wounds spell.

I wouldn't allow it, personally, because I think keeping class archetypes somewhat separate is important. Imagine the reverse -- a cleric with fireball or lightning bolt or other wizard standards. But that's my game -- YMMV.

You mean, like a cleric with the Air domain? :-)

So, one of four points, some of the time? Still not a compelling arguement.
