No. Only humanoids and giants.

But does humanoid include monstrous humanoids or not? I always thought those are simply two different types, but the non-mentioning here gets me thinking...

Generally, "monstrous humanoid" is as different from "humanoid" as "natural armor" is from "armor." They're different things that share some similarities.

Also, note that the Vampire template specifies that it can be added to a humanoid or a monstrous humanoid creature. Since lycanthrope doesn't, it can't.
