D&D 5E Can I add sharpshooter,dex,etc. to my lightning arrow spell attack?

The spell says it replaces the normal damage. Does Sharpshooter and dex mods count as the normal damage for that attack?

You would not get to add your Dex mod because that would be considered part of the weapon's normal damage, but it looks to me like you'd still be able to use Sharpshooter, since you're still making a ranged weapon attack, and the +10 damage on a hit is extra damage.
