Can I end a fight myself, no contest?

In the game I am in, I think the score is dead even. 0 flags either way. The Judge hasn't posted a result, and the other player hasn't commented either. I'm wondering, since I do have a match with Angel to be had... can I declare the match NO CONTEST myself?

Otherwise, I request that someone take the place of the old judge. It's been a few days... I think 5. I don't mind waiting on either a judge or a player... but both? That's not fair to me.

Typically the only time that a fight may be ended with a no-contest result is before the insults have been judged. Once the fight has begun, the only ways to end it (other than finishing it) are to forfeit the match and take the loss or ask for a disqualification from the judge.

The DQ is only used when your opponent hasn't played a move in at least 24 hours. In your case, Merak already has a move posted and you were waiting for judgement.

Sabaron isn't around on weekends and I don't know where he's been for the past few days, but knowing him, he's probably been very busy and unable to get to the boards.

I can step in until he returns (if you like).

Probably a good idea. He couldn't get to the boards on Monday and Tuesday he had the day off. I don't know what's going on for him today.
