D&D 5E Can I Move, Dodge AND Attack in the Same Round?

Most (if not all?) bonus action attacks require you to use the attack action however.

Not to nitpick, but a rogue can't use Cunning Action to Dodge---only to Dash, Disengage or Hide.

There is no general rule against it. It is just not possible for many characters most of the time because dodging is usually an action and attacking is most commonly an action and rarely do you get more than 1 action in a turn.

... thus, the normal circumstances (aka the general rule) is that you can't do it. Following the basic rules of the game without looking to an exception to the basic rules results in an inability to do it. That means that the general rule is no, but there are exceptions that can allow it.
