Can Oozes be Stunned?

Sound burst cast on an ooze. They're immune to mind affecting effects- would sound burst's stunning be considered one?

Stunning is not a mind-affecting effect. However, check out the srd:

Ooze
Ooze: An ooze is an amorphous or mutable creature. Oozes are immune to poison, sleep, paralysis, stunning, and polymorphing

As a simple rule of thumb, without consulting any of the various rulebooks, just ask yourself this question:

Can the creature in question make this face: ?

If the answer is yes, they can be stunned. If not, no.

So, in your example, an ooze has no face->can't make the face->can't be stunned.

Simple.
