Politics

I have been giving some thought to how the political groups might work together. Factions might want to contact groups like the POTS or the tenth Pit to futher their goals and phylosophies in solar systems that they have no pull in. For that matter, could you see the Tenth Pit making arangments with Orcus?

As it stands they're both pretty much already part of the same thing. Planescape details the planes while Spelljammer details the prime (the whole prime really). I think you could go back and forth between them or combine them with no problems whatsoever.

I never cared for the Spelljammer cosmology and pretty much stuck with the 1e version of the prime (which worked out great for me because I can move my campaign forward to Dragonstar without flinching). But your variant does seem interesting and does seem like it would work with the PS cosmology.
