Can someone convert the Uktena from the Vampire Bestiary to 5e?

I love it. Just one question: the "horned serpent" ability says its Dream Sequence automatically activates if it gets bloodied. Does it need to have 2 legendary actions left for the turn? Or does it happen automatically?

It would happen automatically. I need to think of a way to clarify it. I may need to remove the ability from its Elite actions to make it work properly.

I've updated the stat block to make "Dream Sequence" a reaction. I also added some Elite Actions.
