Can you change the icons on old threads?

Seeing the new icons, I decided to try and change the icon on one of my old threads. When I look in the house rules forum, it shows the old icon. When I go to the actual thread, it shows the new icon.

What gives?

It's not working properly yet. Should have it fixed today.
