Can you counter Spell like abil's?

Actually, spell-like abilities cannot be counterspelled nor can they be used to counterspell. Check out the MM and PHB, both state this explicitly. Since I'm at work, I can't provide page numbers yet but if no one else has done so, I'll post 'em later.

I found the same quote in the phb...

Spell-like abilities are subject to spell resistance and to being dispelled by dispel magic. They do not function in areas where magic is suppressed or negated (such as an antimagic field). Spell-like abilities cannot be used to counter spell, nor can they be counterspelled.
