Can you help me to determine what alignment is this?

Your definition of lawful is logical Celebrim but IMO perhaps you should consider having it as a description of someone who is 100% through and through Lawful and who eats and poops law. People who aren't so stringently lawful should still be lawful. Greenfield mentioned "lawfuls" and "Lawfuls". It's an appealing thought.

I'm not saying you should change anything; you have a clear view of what is lawful. I'm just saying that maybe you're being too lawful about the lawful alignment, you know? ;)

I'm fully willing to apply lawful to someone who has complexities. Lawfuls can have doubts about the means and purposes of the things that they are loyal to. They can be unsure about how to apply the letter versus the meaning of the law, and have different degrees of sincerity in the application of the law. They can have personalities of every sort.

What I'm not willing to do is call lawful someone was far into the chaotic spectrum as the sample character. He's a self-serving decietful rebellious traitor with no apparant respect for anyone or anything but himself and those he's created an emotional attachment too.
