Can you tumble while drawing a weapon?

You can tumble while moving at half speed as part of a "normal move".
With a +1 BAB, you can draw a weapon as part of a "regular move".

Is a regular move a normal move?

Yeah, kinda. But ask your DM, he might object to do two "free actions" though these are not really free actions at once.

I know I'd feel a little odd alowing it. Maybe a Curcumstance penalty (-2) to the tumble for spliting your concentration a touch. Still, DM says kinda thing.

I don't allow characters to draw while tumbling, but if the character moves more than just his tumble, he can draw during the rest of his move.

This one is definitely subject to dm interpretation. ;)

I think given that you end a tumble on your feet, drawing should be fine. I can imagine it visually (roll, spring up to your feet as you draw weapon(s)..)

I can't imagine it as much for a glaive or something, but then I can't imagine someone tumbling effectively with such a weapon and there aren't any associated penalties, so that's unimportant.

I hate to semi hi-jack this, but my friends and I fight with 10 foot poles all the time. It started with one of my friends buying a ten foot pole in D&D and having his character use it as a weapon. Tumbling with a ten foot pole is fairly easy (once you know what you are doing). But then again I wasn't drawing the weapon, I already had it drawn.

But back on track. I would allow it as a DM and probably do a circumstance penalty to tumble check. Then again the player could draw before or after the tumble as long as it is still part of him moving. DM call. this DM says yes.

I believe the 'regular move' and 'normal move' are to distinguish form 5' steps and move-equivament actions. That is, you can tumble and/or draw a sword while you're actually moving, but not while you're, say, also climbing or reloading a crossbow or mounting a horse.

I wouldn't get too crazy about the difference between regular and normal... two words for the same thing imho. I say draw thine weapon wilst thy tumblest!

Tumble

I would say, Yes. Tumble is a move action. And you may draw weapons upon move actions. Like previous person said, you at some point you are coming from a tumble position to a stance... perfect time to draw a weapon in an upward to upright motion.
