Some 4e Avengers seem to feel that Pathfinder has stolen sales from 4e, rather than WotC gleefully disenfranchising a large portion of their player base, and being surprised when those disenfranchised went elsewhere. (Look around these very forums - some were quite vocal about calling Paizo Plagiarists, Marketers, etc..)It is also possible that some Pathfinder fans  have been overly celebratory of Pathfinder's success at WotC's expense.
