• a faux leather limited edition, featuring an exclusive debossed metallic cover design by John Harper, for $59.99 USD

If by "ripping off" you mean "paying for the license and hiring the creator to work on the project," then sure. Those monsters!

"Ripping off" strongly suggests that you don't understand the ethos behind powered by the Apocalypse and Forged in the Dark games. The intent is that games will borrow and innovate and share, using a foundational shared system that informs design.
