Can't find an old utility ...

Well, I'm starting a new Modern campaign ... probably going to be using mostly Dark*Matter stuff.

I remember having a link to a really interesting page somebody had set up a long time ago for GM's ... it allowed them to sort of create their own storage area on their server and, most importantly, send EMails masked to appear as if they were from individuals within the institute ... I think it was specifically the Hoffmann Institute ...

I recently had to wipe my computer and most all of my links got ganked. I didn't bother trying to save that particular section because I didn't figure I'd ever be using Dark*Matter again.

Oi. Now I can't find this page anywhere ... no searches on any sites are turning it up.

Does anybody have ANY clue what I'm talking about or know of a page/utility like this? I think it's still up and running, I remember having looked at it less than six months ago.

You guys rock the casbah.

I was expecting to have to wait around for a day or two for somebody with the 511 to get around to posting.

Thanks!

Hopefully this'll lead to another Story Hour. University Blues: Cabin Fever is starting to smell like old fur.

Heap, man, how the heck are you? Havent heard from you in some time now.

Glad to hear you finally found another d20 modern/Dark*Matter game. And I'm glad to hear that it may turn into another Story Hour, your last one scared the crap out of me :D

Good luck man.

I'm pretty good. Busy busy busy. I'm up in Ohio at Miami U. getting my MA. Program is pretty intense.

My only current past-time is RPGs. Unfortunately, nobody was interested in playing D20 Modern when i first got here.

I dropped off the boards when some folks talked me into running Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil. Took awhile to get that set up, but now it has a good momentum of its own, so I have some free time.

I was a player in a regular Friday Night game, but the DM started to suffer from burn-out. He asked if I'd run something every other week so he'd have some extra time to prep between games and get some cooldown ... I asked everybody what they wanted, and lo and behold, they asked for D20 Modern.

The fools. Mwa ha ha ha ha ... *cough* Excuse me.

I hope it'll be interesting. I was ALMOST going to use OldDrewID's magic rules from your Medallions campaign, but I've settled on a modified CoC system for Arcane spellcasting and a much-weakened Acolyte class with a stripped list for Divine magic. AND a modified CoC psychic feats selection, as well.

A little more FX than usual, eventually. I know several people have had interest in dabbling into that which man was not meant to know.
